Jaime, our recent technician, went above and beyond when asked to report to our Home Warranty Company who couldn’t find anyone to service our air conditioner during the heat wave so we could get a refund for the work Air-Tro did.

These guys are the only ones I’ve had come to service our AC. We’ve always be satisfied with the quality of work and the cost of repairs. When your AC goes out and it’s 90+ degrees, you just want it fixed. I’ve always been pleasantly surprised that the cost is very reasonable. The repairmen who have been to my home are always pleasant, knowledgeable and have the parts waiting in their van. I would recommend them for AC repairs.

And on July 13th:

Dale was great! He diagnosed the problem and had the part in his truck. Our AC was fixed within an hour and the cost was very reasonable. I will call again next time our AC breaks.

Air-Tro started on the exact day and time they promised. They expected the job to take two days, but it actually took three days because of the rework of the rooftop metal platform. While we had to live one more day without A/C, having the job done right was more important. They used drop-cloths over the carpeting and cleaned up after themselves each day, all of which we appreciated…

Started my job back in April of this year and had other companies to assist our needs to our HVAC and etc. Today we have Air-Tro as our selected vendor.. had a few guys from them came out and made the repairs that were much needed.. Recently we had Rubin come out.. to look at our freezer last week 2 times (last minute calls) and he showed every time…He started to check the freezer and made a call to the manufacture tech support.. We thought the freezer was going to have to be replaced.. over the weekend little ice built up… so another call was made to him. He said he would be back out on a 3 visit for the same issue, except this time we had another 2 problems.. I was thinking he is going to forget about us and WRONG I WAS. There was Rubin ready to take another look at the problem. He got behind the freezer and made a call to tech support. Seemed that someone from before our time had monkeyed around with it and didn’t know what they were doing. Then of course we took him to our other issues.. By 4:30 he was still with us and got 3 issues knocked out..Rubin, Thank you for all your help and resolve to our problems.Thank you Air-Tro! -Gabe
