Work done: Remove existing system and abate asbestos. Install all-new 3.5 ton central heating and air conditioning system, with all new ductwork. Add new outlets to the kitchen and living room.

Work done: Replace all existing rooftop ductwork with new, custom fabricated sheet metal fittings. Properly seal all roof connections to avoid water leakage. Install new color touchscreen thermostat.
