Work done: Our heater had stopped working, and Gerald came out to diagnose and fix the problem. The gas valve on our heater had failed, and he replaced it with a new one. He also updated the incoming gas line (from flexible to rigid) to update it to code. The diagnosis and fix took just about 3 hours.

I called Air-Tro on Friday afternoon, 10-22-10, to set up an appointment to have our furnace checked, since it was turning on, the flame would light, then shut off after 5 seconds. I was given an appointment for Monday, 10-25-10, from 8am-12pm. Mike L. arrived about 7:50am, then started to test our

Work done: I would set our furnace to come on, the flame would come on and then 5 seconds later would shut off. Mike L. came to inspect, ran diagnostic tests, cleaned the flame sensor several times, then stated it was the circuit board and we needed to replace it.
