The service was great.
The service was great. The technician arrived as scheduled. The issue was found to be a flame sensor. The tech was able to repair the sensor, saving us some additional replacement charges. He was professional and friendly.

Courteous and thorough
Good service person. Courteous and thorough. However, he wore his shoes in my light-color carpeted sitting room and left some black marks (perhaps from my roof) on the carpet that we could not remove entirely. I did not notice it until after he had left. Recommend that you use plastic shoe covers as
