Work done: Pull out old furnace and remove the old condenser from the backyard. Replace with new R410a equipment and Ultra-low NOx furnace. Purge and flush existing refrigerant lines.

Work done: Arrange for abatement of existing asbestos using licensed asbestos firm. Remove attic furnace and outdoor condenser, replacing with new variable speed high efficiency equipment. Inclde new ultraviolet air purifier mounted in the ductwork.
