We were very happy with the completed job. However, it seemed as if the technician was often on his phone… Down at his truck. Which I think delayed the time. I also asked him to adjust to dampers in two of our offices. Only one was executed.

I have been extremely happy with Air-Tro! You put in a new air and heating system 5 yrs. ago. I have recommended your company to others. I just wish I would get reminders for maintenance in a more timely manner.

Field tech was great!! I requested a quote to fix a broken wall heater, technician did not have part on truck. Two weeks later, I’m still waiting for the quote. Disappointed. I even spoke to your estimator last week.

Since moving to our townhouse over 11 years ago, we have had Air-Tro service our heat/air systems. We appreciate that they are a local company who is able to respond quickly for issues as severe as replacing our outside air-conditioning unit to the routine services, each done thoughtfully.
