Work done: Provide zoning for each wing of the house. Allow for individual temperature control, allowing for improved comfort and energy efficiency. Used touchscreen digital thermostats for ease of use.

Work done: Removed the old air conditioner and disposed of. Replaced it with a new ozone-friendly unit. Included new cooling coil and properly sized return.
