Courteous and helpful

The tech Alex was courteous and helpful. He did a fine job. I understood the two issues I have remaining with my system. The system is working fine but I know that at sometime I will or could have a problem. I was also told that on the last maintenance visit almost two years ago. At that time,

Both Mr. Helbing and the technician were very punctual and very capable in evaluating the heating and AC system at an investment property we are purchasing. I have already requested an appointment to perform the recommended repairs after escrow closes.
