The experience was great

Aside from Peter cancelling my appointment without my knowledge or consent, the rest of my experience was great. Bill fixed the appointment issue and Albert came in with his guy to do the job. It took longer than I thought it would, but that’s because he wanted to ensure I got it done right.

I like the booties

I like the booties he wore when he came inside – at least I think it was your serviceman. If it wasn’t then I would like them to wear the booties upon being in the house.
