Always professional, always responsive.

We have had this dealer service our needs for over 30 years, replacing the original furnace & air conditioner and then replacing the 2nd furnace 10 years ago and now the 2nd air conditioner recently with its 3rd air conditioner.

Work done: New 3 ton American Standard system with furnace in the garage and new condensing unit outside. Included new electrical and refrigerant lines.

Persistent & professional, overcoming a difficult problem removing the old unit.

Donnie was able to overcom ea very difficult problem to remove the old u nit. He was persistent and professional in the installation of the new furnace.Excellent job. Very courteous; covered the floor and rugs with drop cloth and cleaned up afterward.

Work done: Install triple-action PureAir duct-mounted air cleaners to remove particulate contaminants, volatile organic chemicals and bioaerosols. Replace ductwork and return air grills, and add ducts to the west office.

Work done: Remove old, leaking ductwork in poor condition. Install all-new R6 rated flex duct with sealed seams and new return plenum.
