Joe was great. He found the problem and fixed it and the job ended up being half of the cost that was quoted. AirTro is my go to business for all my AC needs. By the way, I have an AC problem in my condo in Hawaii. Joe said he would be happy to take care of it for me. Now that’s customer service.
Air-Tro has been outstanding in working with our church, which is far from being energy efficient, but you have made the best of some difficult architectural situations. Hats off to Tony too.
The technician Derek was good at trouble shooting the leak caused by a bad seal around the a/c unit on the roof.
The technician came out & diagnosed the needed repair. He found one of the boards was defective & needed replacing. They said it may take up to a week to get the new part but after we pointed out that our workers could not work upstairs in the projected hot weather ahead, they expedited the repair.
AirTro came today and Chris was knowledgeable, honest and friendly….My dogs and family are happy.
