Pasadena Design Showcase

This prestige project involved dozens of high-end specialty California contractors renovating an 11,000 square foot private residence for a showcase demonstration for 40,000 viewers. Included installation of 9 variable speed split systems with zoning tied into a central home control system for the property. Design included sound-absorbing ductwork, custom manufactured registers and grills, and a dedicated cooling system for the server room for media, computing and other electronic equipment in the residence.
